Affordable Treatment Rooms Available for Rent
at 32nd Street and Breton Road in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
My name is Tracy Klein, owner and operator of Peace Place LLC in Grand Rapids, Michigan. (www.grpeaceplace.com). I offer various modalities of massage, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. I have a bachelor’s degree in Wellness and Alternative Medicine — so helping people find ways to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is my passion.
I am looking for like-minded holistic healthcare practitioners (chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, mental health therapists, life coaches, motivators, energy healers, legitimate intuitives/mediums, mid-wives/doulas, skin care practitioners, massage therapists, spiritual therapists, hypnotherapists, etc.) to rent individual treatments rooms.

Included in the rental:
- free marketing to my large, established clientele base and social media websites
- a 60-minute massage once a month at half off (for 30-day leases or longer)
- utilities (internet, gas, electric); office supplies (printer/fax/scanner, paper and ink, and storage shelves)
- Coffee and tea for subtenants and patients along with basic breakroom amenities
- Fully finished waiting room
You provide: the décor for your office space (unless you would rather have me do it for a fee) and whatever else you need to succeed. You must also have your own business ID, personal liability insurance and be licensed and up to date throughout the lease.
Rental options/pricing:
- Sign a 6-month lease, get $100 off the first month’s rent. Sign a 1-year lease, get $200 off your first month’s rent.
- A Month-by-month lease is an option for individual office rooms with a 30-day leave notice.
- Individual rooms are $400 to $750 monthly depending on the size of the room.
- I have two furnished massage rooms available for $50 per day OR $300 weekly.
- If you don’t need a therapy room to rent but would like to rent a space for a 10-to-15-person small group class, book club, or gathering let me know!
